We know that nobody ever buys a plant to have it die. Mistakes happen. Nature happens. Plants happen. That’s why we offer the best Guarantee “Growing.”

The following product guarantees are available with original proof of purchase

Nursery Stock (Trees/Shrubs) & Perennials planted in-ground – 2 years. Nursery Stock & Perennials Planted in containers are not warrantied*.
Roses – 1 year*
Houseplants (Non-Flowering) – 3 months
Hardgoods & Patio Furniture – based on the Manufacturer’s warranty
Seasonal Plants, annuals and flowering houseplants are not warrantied.

*Warranty replacement on all nursery stock, perennials and roses is available from June 1st* to October 31st to ensure that the plants are not in a dormant state.

Simply present your original receipt and the plant in question and we will replace it with a new item of the same product or a Sheridan Nurseries Gift Card. If product is no longer available the original product purchase value will be credited to a Sheridan Nurseries Gift Card.

Any product purchased with a discount of 50% off or greater or with a price point ending in .00 is final sale, guaranteed only to the price paid and not eligible for replacement.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love every purchase from Sheridan Nurseries. If you are not completely satisfied, return the product with the original receipt, in saleable condition** to any of our seven Garden Centres. We will be happy to provide a refund or exchange within 14 days with the following exceptions: gift cards, active wear including leggings, select jewellery, and clearance merchandise which are all final sale and flowering houseplants and orchids which can be returned or refunded within seven days.

Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or a Sheridan Nurseries gift card. If you cannot provide your original receipt, we will do our best to look it up in our system; however, if no receipt is available, we will do our best to offer an exchange for an equivalent product at our discretion. We are also happy to provide price adjustments within seven days on all products with the exception of: seasonal plants, annuals, clearance items, items sold at 50% off or greater and price points ending in .00. Any Christmas decor purchased after December 17th is considered final sale.

**To be considered saleable product must be in its original packaging and for live goods, show evidence of reasonable care.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS

Gift receipts are available upon request.
All gift items purchased from November 1st to December 24th with a gift receipt can be exchanged or refunded to a Sheridan Nurseries gift card up until January 8th. No cash refunds.

Fresh Christmas trees, live potted Christmas trees, fresh boughs and branching and potted Christmas houseplants are final sale.

Artificial Christmas trees and Christmas décor purchased from December 10th to December 17th, can be refunded to a Sheridan Nurseries gift card only, until December 24th.

Artificial Christmas trees and Christmas décor purchased after December 17th are final sale.

The best way to protect your purchase is to register your phone number at checkout and sign up for email receipts.
